Welcome, Vincent Campanella!

Celebrated Shreveport restaurateur Vincent Campanella spoke of his early life in Sicily during WWII and his entry into the hotel and restaurant business.  Mr. Campanella emphasized the impact on himself as well as fellow countrymen of the time of American generosity.  The first part of his amazing tale ended with he and British wife Margaret finding their way to the United States via Canada and heading towards Louisiana.  His career as a leading Shreveport restaurateur highlights the second part of his marvelous history, Wednesday, January 18.
